SkyGreece Airlines is seeking to hire an:

E-Commerce Analyst

An energetic and dynamic individual is sought to join the start-up team of a new long-haul scheduled airline based in Athens, Greece.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a role as an e-Commerce Analyst, in the IT & Telecommunications department.

Position Summary:

  • Provide data and actionable insights by updating the company’s day-to-day e-Commerce business across its international portfolio of websites.
  • Provide actionable reporting based on analysis, research and industry best practices to help drive change and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators, crucial process funnels, calculated metrics and strategic and operational dashboards for individual stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to provide analytical insights for driving E-Commerce performance on SkyGreece’s portfolio of sites.
  • Proactively develop reports and analysis of site performance including observations and business context to deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis across e-commerce functionality including funnel and conversion analysis.
  • Produce weekly site performance reports: KPI dashboards as well as other reports on e-commerce site performance.
  • Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from other teams as needed.
  • Identify key abandonment levels, perform clickstream and patting analysis.
  • Determine the ROI on website enhancements and update CMS.
  • Provide business insights into our customer’s behavioral patterns and trends.
  • Comfortable speaking about your results with all levels of the business, sharing your opinions and providing recommendations.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, IT or business) required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis in a rigorously analytical environment, preferably in Travel.
  • 4 years of experience in web site/ mobile analytics and/or online marketing channel analytics preferred.
  • Two years of SQL experience.
  • Predictive modeling experience is a definite plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance and execute against multiple projects/priorities.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Greek and English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • International and domestic travel may be required.
