YOUR TASKS

The job holder develops merchandising strategies and best in class digital shelf initiatives to ensure a profitable sales growth with our eCommerce customers. This includes analysis of Key eCommerce drivers, evaluation of promotion effectiveness and definition of best-in-class promotion and media as well as driving online shopper customer behavior understanding for an optimal purchase interaction path.

  • Access and evaluate merchandising strategies and coordinate all merchandise selection for our eCom accounts (pure player & multichannel)
  • Develop online promotional plans to maximize sales and margin while creating a consistent online brand experience
  • Analyze and select best in class local digital shelf initiatives to maximize product performance such as conversion, average order size and brand positioning
  • Identify unique, under developed, emerging or new, products or categories, based on statistical analysis, competitive landscape customer feedback and web analytics
  • Support the short and long term execution of the BDF eCommerce strategy
  • Build and share new learnings o eCommerce “best practices” by partnering with global eCommerce and other countries (in all above topics)

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree , ideally Master in business administration, communication or media
  • First relevant experience on the job in customer management, eCommerce, consulting and/or Shopper Customer Marketing
  • Online merchandising experience using advanced inventory control and merchandising applications is strongly preferred
  • Analytical experience in promotion effectiveness, KPI steering, reporting and driving business insights
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Passion, energy and enthusiasm for eCommerce and Digital Brand Management
  • Structured way of working and affinity for data and analytical work
  • Entrepreneurial and international mindset, ability to adapt in a fast changing environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
