Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision and daily management of the e-shop
  • Monitoring sales and key KPIS
  • Renewal of the content, the creatives / banners, products
  • Organization, supervision and management of the photo-shoot (still life / products / kids)
  • Manage external partners (digital agency, programmers, graphic designers etc.) for the daily management of the e-shop
  • Design and implementation of promotional activities for sales growth
  • Manage relationships with e-franchise customers abroad
  • Online Monitoring and assessment reporting of the digital marketing initiatives
  • Design, implementation and monitoring of the Digital Marketing Plan and the Online Promotional strategy
  • Social media monitoring and briefing the external partners for further development
  • Continuous benchmarking and implementation of the best practices in order to enrich the e-shop with the optimum new features available
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to create an integrated communication plan
  • Work closely with the IT department for the design and implementation of all features
  • Develop and grow profitable database
  • Design, implement and analyse data and research, presenting relevant insights to the business
  • Help the business meet its revenue targets through proactive management of the customer lifecycle and email programme
  • Increase customer retention and loyalty through the development of innovative customer retention strategies
  • Identify new avenues to increase traffic, sales and new customers
  • Work closely with styling and merchandising teams to maintain excellent email styling and product merchandising
  • Provide competitor intelligence and mapping, plus monitor trends
  • Work with customer care team to develop programs for top customers to ensure growth and retention in this segment and to ensure the best customer care service in general

Experience and Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing or in Business Administration
  • Certification in digital marketing or ecommerce courses is highly beneficial
  • At least two years experience in an ecommerce environment and / or digital marketing
  • Knowledge in SEM, PPC campaigns, Analytics and basic SEO principles
  • Experience in Managing email campaigns and online material
  • Excellent knowledge in social media
  • Is up-to-date regarding new practices of digital landscape
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional language is considered an advantage)
  • Works independently in a structured manner
  • Additional experience in the retail sector is highly beneficial, however is not essential.
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking are also essential
