Job Description

The E- Commerce / Loyalty Manager will be responsible:
• for ensuring customer engagement and loyalty in the age of the hyper-connected, always-on consumer, everything from inventory, to pricing, offers and messaging.
• for ensuring consistency across touch points and relevant to each consumer’s unique wants and needs.
• to form, propose and implement the strategy for e-commerce in the organization. From assortment and pricing, to logistics and messaging ensuring a positive ROI in a 5year horizon. Any ATL messaging will be coordinated via Equity mgr and in line with UVP.

The E- Commerce / Loyalty Manager will lead a team of:
A. Data management and date analytics mgr:
Whose main purpose will be to ensure single customer point of view, identification of meaningful customer clusters and relevant content insights.
B. Digital marketing & CRM mgr:
Whose main purpose will be to ensure a single view of the company from customer stand point. Content development, content management, loyalty scheme management, financial co-products, synchronization with brick and mortar marketing plan into a click and mortar 360 activation and messaging. Will handle all e-touch points with the customer.
C. E-Commerce mgr:
Whose main purpose will be to ensure, the ongoing management of e-commerce channels, as e-shop and m-shop sites. Will ensure synergies within the organization regarding assortment, pricing, logistics, offers, activation plans. Will ensure ongoing monitoring of tech savvy customers and create meaningful insights. Will be responsible for the positive e-commerce ROI.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Digital Marketing and loyalty marketing.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in E-commerce, digital marketing and / or loyalty marketing
• University degree in Marketing and / or Business
• MSc in Marketing will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English
• Excellent use of MS Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple and complex projects
• Business and strategic thinking
• Excellent analytical and synthetic thinking
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
