E-Commerce Manager, Ferrari Brand (Maranello based)

Ferrari has a most desirable track record, in Formula One, in GT production cars as well as in Brand Management and Retail, record business results and voted one of the world’s the “World’s most powerful brands”. Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development and innovation.

For our E-Commerce team, in line with our strategic development plan and to manage a strong growth, we aim looking for an E-Commerce Manager to strengthen the team. Key responsibilities include the management of the Ferrari.com on-line store, define and track the P&L, and to develop further recommendation to improve performance growth and profitability.

You will further develop and implement customer acquisition and retention plans, manage third-party relations (including product offering, pricing, e-tail stores). And you will work with the Ferrari Brand management team to develop and deliver on ambitious on-line sales growth.

The operational responsibilities include monitoring order performance, sales and profitability across all e-commerce sites, reporting key indicators and recommendations to senior management. You will plan commercial actions (including product releases, promotional campaigns) and oversee digital competitions and data-base (CRM) tools.

You will interact with the Digital team on all marketing activities ensuring that the commercial strategy is correctly implemented in all contact points with the end user and promote omni-channel solutions with stronger integration between physical and online stores.

Desired Skills and Experience

In order to succeed in this challenging E-Commerce role, you would ideally have a degree in Engineering and/or Digital Communications and ideally at Masters’ level.

You have gained at least 5 year’s dedicated experience in digital retail management, potentially working in both start-up companies as well as with leading e-commerce players. And through your experience, studies and above all your personal interests and curiosity, you have developed a strong insight how to develop and manage a highly successful e-commerce business.

Clearly, we can expect you to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role.

Ideally you will be fluent in both Italian and English. Ferrari specifically appreciates individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset. This role requires fulltime attendance at Ferrari in Maranello, Italy and occasional travel.
