Job description 

Digital Ecosystems EMEA is looking for a savvy technical product analyst that can support day-to-day operations for technical integrations.

In this position you will be responsible for implementation of tracking code and pixels for Adobe Media Optimizer. Creation of custom tracking for large dynamic e-commerce sites and supporting the implementation of analytics tools such as Adobe Site Catalyst and Google Analytics on client side sites. We are looking for an exceptional individual for this role. You should be a dynamic high performer who will thrive working in an entrepreneurial start-up environment.

Typical clients will include airlines, B2C banking and financial services, mobile telecoms, retailers, tourism and hotel groups.

  • Implementation of all tracking pixels and checking they are correctly firing and recording conversions on the client site for Adobe Media Optimizer
  • Integration of analytics to client site – Adobe Site Catalyst (similar to CoreMetrics or IBM TeaLeaf) including understanding how to set up goals and parameters
  • Manage a large client portal that has been developed in-house by assisting in providing the client custom reports and understanding their requirements to enhance the portal functionality and interface
  • Develop product specification for custom requirements and liaise with internal development teams to ensure the work is completed successfully
  • Project manage and lead custom client side project as they arise from time to time
  • Support day to day teams technical requirements
  • Support projects related to dynamic retargeting, RTB and attribution

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Digital Marketing:

  • A strong awareness technologies in the online marketing space including search, display and social media

Technical:

  • Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP
  • Clear understanding of : web-servers and basic SQL.
  • Implementation experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Site Catalyst)

Education:

  • BA or BSC, IT or Engineering focus preferred
  • Masters degree will be considered a plus

Self starter:

  • We are looking for individuals who will treat this as their own business and have the ability to generate leads and create their own client network

Product

  • 3-5 years of hands-on product implementation experience
  • Previous experience in developing product software specifications

Presentation:

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to connect with people
  • Ability to explain complex technical details on a project to the client

Languages:

  • Greek. We work with many Greek and European clients and require a person who is fluent in Greek to liaise directly with out team and the client side.
