Role Overview

The role of Web and Ecommerce Coordinator is the overall and day-to-day operation of online channels with a sales centric mindset. The role is focused on the Greek group’s eshops (follifollie.com, factoryoutlet.gr) but also co-operation with other e-commerce Teams of foreign regions will be required. The Web Coordinator should have solid e-commerce experience, technical competence and be able to organize and manage enhancement. Furthermore, the role requires the promotion and strengthening of brand digital presence, online sales and awareness through all digital channels.


Key Responsibility Areas

  • Develop and manage strategy and implementation of all e-commerce channels of regional and international group’s eshops; Search Engine Marketing & Optimization (SEO & SEM), e-commerce, e-mail marketing, abandonment, affiliate marketing, social.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize e-commerce performance by channel in order to maximize growth while maintaining an efficient ROI. Generate and distribute performance reports and key learnings.
  • Regularly review eshops functionality and usability performance in detail by monitoring areas such as user flows, checkout funnels, website uptime, server performance, and make recommendations that aim to increase traffic, registrations and improve conversion rate.
  • Work closely with Marketing, PR and Commercial Teams in order to build effective sales promotions strategies aiming to increase traffic and sales.
  • Identify and negotiate new brand-appropriate online partnerships.
  • Set KPI benchmarks for all channels from analytics and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor sales, stock and merchandizing by division, concept and product category to ensure that e-shop meets commercial guidelines and maximize product sales performance.
  • Hold full knowledge of CMS platform in order to be able to manage all aspects of local or regional needs.
  • Manage all content, text and images, and ensure a flawless appearance of the e-shop.
  • Ensure all service criteria are met investigating any defaults with the warehouse and/or Customer Care team.
  • Coach and support other regions’ e-commerce teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Holder of Computer Sience or Marketing Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in e-commerce or online marketing
  • Strong online marketing skills and knowledge of all digital channels
  • Strong experience in use of Google Analytics – SEO and SEM
  • Strong organizational and administration skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines and pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent use of English language (oral and written)
